Fabricated and installed two custom metal trapezoid shaped pergolas, one measuring 38′ wide x 20′ projection and the other measures 26′ x wide x 12′ projection. Both pergolas consist of 4′ x 8′ laser cut roof panels attached to a 2″ x 2″ aluminum tube frame. Each frame is attached to 2″ x 6″ aluminum tubing attach points running along the steel support structure. The aluminum support tubes run along the 6″ x 6″ steel headers. The steel header beams are supported by a total of eleven 6″ x 6″ steel posts with welded on bolt-down flange plates to existing concrete/piers (piers by others). All Pergola components were painted Umbra Gray.
