Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures has appointed Dave Bess as its new President effective January 2024. Bess assumes the role previously held by Mike Bowman, who will retire after 16 years with the company. Bess joined Lawrence in 2000 and has served as Production Manager, Operations Manager, and was promoted to Vice President in 2015. As president, Dave pledges to bring his continued dedication and vision to deliver Lawrence’s wide variety of high-quality architectural elements to its customers. He promises to foster the company culture of employee ownership and collaborative teamwork. “I look forward to helping our employee owners grow both professionally and personally.
