Hillsboro Hospital

Located in Hillsboro, Illinois this 12,180 square foot addition to the hospital was designed to house the emergency department and additional space for classrooms.

Our scope included 3 aspects: a glass canopy, interior green mesh panels and a cantilevered, aluminum and acrylic rolling pocket gate.

The custom L-shaped aluminum glass canopy is approximately 56 ft wide x 13 ft. 6 in. projection on the east elevation of the building. Plus, 19 ft. 6 in. wide x 7 ft. 7 1/2 in. projection on the north elevation of the building. Clear annealed laminated glass supported by 3 in. x 3 in. aluminum tubing.
Aluminum cantilevered gate is approximately 16 ft. 4 in. wide x 7 ft 9 3/4 in. tall.

The finished product was spectacular and we were proud to have played a part in stepping into new types of products, construction and designs.
