Detroit Little Caesars Arena
Custom fabricated LFS-FLCA metal canopies for the new Little Caesars Arena, a multi-purpose events arena in Midtown Detroit. A total of 19 canopies, 4 of them with hanger rod arms ranging in size from 15’6″ to 25′ wide x 6′ projections x 8″ tall. The remaining 15 canopies without hanger rod arms are supported by internal steel tubing ranging in size from 7’5 1/2″ wide x 4′ projection x 8″ tall to 16’11 1/2″ wide x 5′ projection x 8″ tall.
Canopies consist of a pre-welded 4 x 8 x .125 wall or a 4 x 12 x .125 wall, mill finish 6063-T6 aluminum gutter G fascia with a top and bottom flange frame. The canopies have custom fabricated downspouts for rain water drainage to protect the entrances from slip hazards. Skinned in aluminum interlocking pans, aluminum sheet and steel corrugation. The black Kynar metal finish coating on all canopies has a 20 -year warranty.
