Our custom fabricated decorative brackets, beams, shutters and louvers installed at Berkeley Electric enhanced their office building located in Johns Island, South Carolina.
A total of 26 custom fabricated aluminum 3 1/2” x 3 1/2” tubing roof kicker brackets measuring 3’ 2” high x 2’ 10” projection, consisting of a welded L-shaped square aluminum tubing bracket with a welded-in angled square aluminum tubing.
Installed 35 aluminum accent beams each consisting of 2 x 12 rec tubing sections predrilled for hidden fasteners and capped with 1 ¼” buttons. An open decorative gabled aluminum truss frame consisting of a 2 x 8 aluminum tubing perimeter with welded in 2 x 6 tubing struts.
The main entrance canopy is our LFS-FLA metal flat interlocking aluminum canopy, measuring 24’ wide x 12” high x 13’ projection. Supporting the canopy is the existing steel columns and 2 x 12 aluminum tubing beams. Water is dispersed via downspouts at the rear of the canopy.
Two Gable style aluminum canopies wrapped 100% with 1/8” aluminum sheeting. Each measuring 2’ high x 3’ projection, one 22’ wide and the other 26’ wide.
A set of 26 decorative Louver awnings in various widths with custom mounting brackets. All exposed surfaces are powder coated with 100% RAL 9003 White to last 20 years.
