Position Title: Graphic Tech

Key Measures

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and application including use of numerous product methods and equiptment
• Work as a team to assess best means (personnal, technique) to accomplish projects/tasks within the department
• Responsible for maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly) on printers per printer requirements and as necessary to ensure quality performance of the equiptment
• Responsible for application of graphics using various methods including Sunbrella Graphics System (SGS), paint, decal, lettering, weeding, and/or taping

Minimum Training and Experience Required

• Associate's Degree in Graphic Communication or equivalent job experience
• Computer knowledge and experience (i.e. Adobe, Microsoft)
• Problem solving skills
• Previous experience with large format ink jet or dye-sub printers preferred
• Knowledge of SignLab a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs

Position Title: Installer

Purpose of Position

Install product on customer sites ensuring quality, safety, deadlines, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency of installation
• Complete measurement for projects
• Assist production as needed
• Assist in solving technical problems
• Assist in training and developing employees
• Complete field surveys as needed
• Load Materials
• Complete custom fabrication as needed including performing basic electrical work on site
• Maintain a safe environment for yourself, coworkers and others
• Ensure that trucks and trailers are well maintained

Minimum Training and Experience Required

• Dependable
• Ability to be “hands on” to accomplish mechanical tasks
• Experience with a variety of hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Ability to measure accurately
• Ability to work off ladders
• Commercial driving skills

Position Title: Completion Team

Purpose of Position

To provide support to a variety of positions during production to meet deadlines and ensure quality

Key Responsibilities

• Enter materials and labor into shop track
• Grind frames as needed
• Assist where needed (painting, set up, loading, moving finished goods)
• Grommeting as needed
• Assist with packaging and shipping
• Serve as installer when needed
• Troubleshoot problems and coach others

Minimum Training and Experience Required

• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Willing to learn manufacturing techniques
• Ability to train others on equipment or other technical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good technical and mechanical skills

Position Title: Welder

Purpose of Position

To perform welding and weld finishing operations to customer drawings, specifications or other instructions

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings
• Perform welds according to specifications
• Develop welding techniques
• Use precision and conventional measuring instruments
• Maintain welding equipment
• Knowledge of materials and their applications for various materials

Minimum Training and Experience Required

• Prior custom welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• 1-3 years of experience in various forms of welding
• Use of specialized equipment: Plasma Cutter, Tube Bender, CNC Mill & Router, Reml Tape Measure, Iron Worker is a plus
